ok dark eye liner is kinda creepy on some girls and well i dont know much about make-up well i know nothing acctually.. but just enough sorry i cant be specific
for me, my opinion related to make-up is that less is always better.
For me, less is best. The makeup should enhance a woman's features not hide them.
make up that takes away from natural beauty is too much
dont put so much on the eyes and normal amount of lipstick... god i hate girls with 2 much make up xD
if your being mistaken for a clown that would be too much.
