Because all their time is taken up by making others look good. If they're worth anything, they're constantly busy and don't have a free moment to primp themselves. What is the best powder foundation make-up that has minerals in it?
Everday Minerals is good. Go to their website, everydayminerals.com, they give you free samples of two foundations that you can choose, depending on your skin tone, skin type, etc. and a blush and a bronzer. Foundation, no longer than 4-6 months, depending on oil or oil free ingredients, because it's bad for your pores. Never heard about lipsticks, but NEVER share those with anyone! But if you still want to know the answer, build a square box that has an interior measurement of 12'; x 12'; x 12';, fill it with sand level to the top, and dump it into a 5 gallon bucket. Level the sand and draw a line around it with a magic marker. It's a elegant vanilla dress. It has silver straps. There are little big circle sparkles coming from the bottom of the dress. It's a slight bubble dress. There is a thick width silver band under the bust line. On me, it's about about an inch above my knee. I got it from dillards. I don't like wearing really high heels.

I have short brunette hair, big brown eyes and lovely long eyelashes.My skin is not pale but not tanned, kinda half way in between, leaning towards the lighter side i think eyeliner looks really bad on me and i hardly wear mascara coz it clumps easily. Definitely try brown eyeliner with your color eyes. I wear it everyday and love it. Wearing mascara wont hide it your eyes but rather embrace it. Whenever I feel like wearing more makeup I simply use brown eyeshadow, it really plays them up. Also Bare Essentials foundation is AMAZING. If you like a natural look %26amp; hate clumpy mascara %26amp; would suggest you have your eyelashes tinted black (it looks similar to mascara but not so heavy %26amp; only costs $5-$15 depending where you have it done)
A lightweight mineral foundation or a tinted moisteriser with some translucent powder over your t zone. This will just even out your skin tone rather than hiding your skin
A touch of bronzer to highlight your cheekbones %26amp; give you a healthy natural glow.
%26amp; finish with a sheer lip gloss or lip balm in a pinkish colour.
I think this look just makes the most of what you already have rather than trying to change your appearance.
use a primer, before foundation. this helps to keep it looking natural and fresh. use a sponge or foundation brush to pat on a liquid foundation, this will give a dewy look to the skin. and pat powder on to keep the shine away. also you say that you don't like eyeliner, try using an eyeliner brush with eyeshadow, this way it isn't as heavy as eyeliner and you can blend it so it is softer.

Just go for a less is more look. Skip the foundation and use coverup if you absolutely need it. Go for a very pale pink lipstick or gloss and wear blush and not bronzer. Don't use eyeliner but use mascara if you can get it to look right. mascara is really one of the things yo have to spend some money on don't go for cheap kind.

Definitely try brown eyeliner with your color eyes. I wear it everyday and love it. Wearing mascara wont hide it your eyes but rather embrace it. Whenever I feel like wearing more makeup I simply use brown eyeshadow, it really plays them up. Also Bare Essentials foundation is AMAZING. A touch of bronzer to highlight your cheekbones %26amp; give you a healthy natural glow.

I think this look just makes the most of what you already have rather than trying to change your appearance.
use a primer, before foundation. this helps to keep it looking natural and fresh. use a sponge or foundation brush to pat on a liquid foundation, this will give a dewy look to the skin. and pat powder on to keep the shine away. also you say that you don't like eyeliner, try using an eyeliner brush with eyeshadow, this way it isn't as heavy as eyeliner and you can blend it so it is softer.

Just go for a less is more look. Skip the foundation and use coverup if you absolutely need it. Go for a very pale pink lipstick or gloss and wear blush and not bronzer. Don't use eyeliner but use mascara if you can get it to look right. mascara is really one of the things yo have to spend some money on don't go for cheap kind.

I'm in Link Crew so I've got a dozen freshmen and we need to come up with clever costumes for them to wear on their tour of our high school building. So I came up with a castaway/survivor idea pun (or whatever) being that they're ';surviving'; high school. So anyway all I have is the idea what should the costume be like? It needs to be very cheap because I've got 12 of them. So like bandanas, face paint, etc. what would look best and be easiest? Id you wanted to, you could get a Stencil and write Surviors on the back of the T shirt in a font that would be stenciled on the outside of a shipping box. The bandana's that you mentioned, if you picked them up at a dollar store and they all matched they could wear them Survivor style. Some around their head, the girls around their body, others around their arm, etc.

I also use the same color to line my lids just above the lashes only from the middle to the outer edge. This will give you sexy smokey eyes.
For your lips, choose a lip liner that is close to the natural color of your lips. I use golden apple #10 by Clinique. Then I apply a slightly lighter shade of lipstick such as Hip Brocade Wet Shine Diamonds by Maybelline.
Try to use colors that will accentuate your eyes and compliments your skin tone. NEVER wear the same color of make up as your outfit. It will wash you out and become over powering. :0)

First start with washing/exfoliating your face with a facial scrub, pat dry.
Apply moisturizer, leave for ten minutes for it to sink into the skin (wipe off excess if you need to).
Apply foundation, not too thick and apply it with a make-up sponge, evenly over the face and make sure the colour is a good match. (AND NO NASTY RIMS...) :)
Apply facial powder (to reduce the shines) if you need too.
Apply light blusher (red shades for rosy cheeks, brown shades for the tanned look) and blend in with make up sponge.
Apply eyeshadow whatever colour you like, one that suits your skin tone and hair colour. It's best to use a light base colour and take it up to your eyebrow and blend in so it's more of a shimmer, then add your main colour to the actual eyelid.
Next apply mascara (do this before the eyeliner because is you mess up, you ain't gotta apply eyeliner again after). Do the first coat and let dry for a minute or so then go over them making sure you get the full length effect.
Now apply eyeliner, to the bottom of the eye, and plus you can play with different shapes to make your eyes look bigger.
Apply a clear gloss to your lips but remove any excess foundation from them first.
Nose and eyes are the main focal point of a face, make sure your nose isn't shiny and pay particular attention to your eyes making them stand out.
Do your make up in natural light...the ammount of times ive gone out with an orange face haha :)

Apply moisturizer, leave for ten minutes for it to sink into the skin (wipe off excess if you need to).
Apply foundation, not too thick and apply it with a make-up sponge, evenly over the face and make sure the colour is a good match. (AND NO NASTY RIMS...) :)
Apply facial powder (to reduce the shines) if you need too.
Apply light blusher (red shades for rosy cheeks, brown shades for the tanned look) and blend in with make up sponge.
Apply eyeshadow whatever colour you like, one that suits your skin tone and hair colour. It's best to use a light base colour and take it up to your eyebrow and blend in so it's more of a shimmer, then add your main colour to the actual eyelid.
Next apply mascara (do this before the eyeliner because is you mess up, you ain't gotta apply eyeliner again after). Do the first coat and let dry for a minute or so then go over them making sure you get the full length effect.
Now apply eyeliner, to the bottom of the eye, and plus you can play with different shapes to make your eyes look bigger.
Apply a clear gloss to your lips but remove any excess foundation from them first.
Nose and eyes are the main focal point of a face, make sure your nose isn't shiny and pay particular attention to your eyes making them stand out.
Do your make up in natural light...the ammount of times ive gone out with an orange face haha :)
A mirror that magnifys is best also when applying mascara.

try using dark brown eyeliner.. like almost black. and use volume boosting mascara to make your eyelashes stand out more. for eyeshadow use a white or cream color.. because that wont draw too much attention away from your eyes and your eyeliner. also use a bronzer for your cheeks and it will really make your whole look appear so much better.
as for brands.. i think that walmart has really good makeup if your looking for cheap kinds.. usually like rimmel or covergirl is pretty. and if your looking for a more expensive brand go to macys and go to the prescriptives counter. their makeup gives you such a finsihed and pretty look.

Hey. Umm im a dancer but i dont choreograph. But before you just start jumping into the dance let me give you some tips.
make sure the dance is at your level- if you've never taken a dance class in your life and your trying to do triple pirouettes, im sorry hun, but its not gonna happen. Try something you can do to start off with, and then build onto that.
Listen to your music- try to put the dance into 8 count sections. Count how many eight counts are in the song. Then do a couple moves per eight count.
dont rush- if you try to finish the dance in 30 minutes , you probably wont remember it. Believe me. Go slowly. Now if you need to finish this in like 2 days, try to spread everything out. AND PRACTICE A LOT. You want it to stick in your head.
There is always help on the web- if you need inspiration, or help with a move, there is always youtube, and other help sites. Dont panic if you dont get somthing the first time, just look it up.
Keep a notebook to write down everything so you remember it- sometimes you have a busy and stressful day and you comeback to practicing and you just dont know what comes next. This is where a notebook would come in handy. Write down moves, formations, and counts.
Consider the music- Since your doing a pop song dont try to do ballet! Make sure the theme fits the music.
Make it original- dont copy some moves you saw in that cool movie, change it up! If there is a really cool move you like add your own twist to it! Everyone loves a cool and original dance!

Hey. Umm im a dancer but i dont choreograph. But before you just start jumping into the dance let me give you some tips.
make sure the dance is at your level- if you've never taken a dance class in your life and your trying to do triple pirouettes, im sorry hun, but its not gonna happen. Try something you can do to start off with, and then build onto that.
Listen to your music- try to put the dance into 8 count sections. Count how many eight counts are in the song. Then do a couple moves per eight count.
dont rush- if you try to finish the dance in 30 minutes , you probably wont remember it. Believe me. Go slowly. Now if you need to finish this in like 2 days, try to spread everything out. AND PRACTICE A LOT. You want it to stick in your head.
There is always help on the web- if you need inspiration, or help with a move, there is always youtube, and other help sites. Dont panic if you dont get somthing the first time, just look it up.
Keep a notebook to write down everything so you remember it- sometimes you have a busy and stressful day and you comeback to practicing and you just dont know what comes next. This is where a notebook would come in handy. Write down moves, formations, and counts.
Consider the music- Since your doing a pop song dont try to do ballet! Make sure the theme fits the music.
Make it original- dont copy some moves you saw in that cool movie, change it up! If there is a really cool move you like add your own twist to it! Everyone loves a cool and original dance!

Mineral make up is really good for your skin-I haven't tried that brand though. The best way to prevent acne is by making sure you was your brush once a week or so---that will help-I promise!

My skin's really sensitive and the talc in most makeups was leading to break-outs. If that's something that bothers your skin, then any type of mineral make-up will help. I tried Maybelline first and I did see some improvement, but I absolutely love BareMinerals. You might want to look on ebay for a set in your shade. Most people sign up for the regular deliveries, but sometimes it's just too frequent and they'll sell the extras. You might be able to get them cheap. And with any make-up brush, wash it every few weeks in a gentle detergent like Ivory.
Minerals are good for your skin so i think it would be fine and because it's a powder it won't make your skin oily. I use Almay because they have a line of acne fighting makeup that regular make up that helps to treat acne.

I think 14/15 is the only age where it really does start to become acceptable... they should be encouraged to have a healthy diet and skincare routine, so makeup is really a non-issue. I think that girls start wearing heavy makeup far too young nowadays. When they do start, I think that light, natural makeup is key. Mineral is wonderful for that, or even just a light tinted moisturizer.
That said, I'm 22, and didn't start until I was 17 or 18 wearing any makeup. lol. And even now, I stick to mainly organic mineral makeup and only punch it up occasionally.When is the ideal age for girls to start applying make-up and nail polish : S ?

You may want to try a cosmetologist to help find the right colors for your skin tone, eyes, and hair color. Not everyone can wear the same make up. So you will definitly need to find a good product for your skin type. My skin is very dry and I also have eczema so I have to use make up with some type of moisterizer. You could also go to a major makeup retailer like Sephora or MAC cosmetics who also have trained professionals to help you pick out and learn about makeup.

The best way is definitely the eye makeup remover.
However, you could try baby oil on a tissue. That works.
The third option is Vaseline. Do your regular face washing routine before you take your mascara off. Then put some Vaseline on your eye lashes and rub it in. Finally, pull gently on your eye lashes with a soft tissue and the mascara will come off! Your eye lashes will be fine, as long as you're gentle.

you are essentially asking for the impossible, i think.
i understand why you want to use a waterproof mascara,why don't you try something else. on the market, there are some mascara using ';thermo-sensitve technology'; in mascara, it acts like waterproof, but easily taken off with warm water, the one i use the the Clinique one (lash intense or something)

Bare Minerals is a very very nice product. I have it only because me and my grandma share the same skincolor. It's like 60$ plus s%26amp;h so yea id rather buy shoes with 65$ but im lucky she gave it to me. ANYWAYyyy lol... If you dont wanna use this justo get any mineral makeup on the market(not necsairaly brand name). Oh and bare minerals doesnt even cake it fells like you have NOHTING on

I definitely recommend MAC Studio stick Concealer . I use it all the time and not once was I ever disappointed. It's very lightweight and it doesn't cake up . It's easy to blend in . . it's perfect .

i have super Chinese eyes and I don't like the way they look. I want my eyes to be round and more Caucasian looking. No offense to anyone. I'm proud of my ethnicity, don't get me wrong. well.....there's nothing wrong looking like that...just assume that it's u....try to be unique by inventing your own thing.....you'll be recognized as a person....if you want to change your eyes appearance....then you could apply some pencil eyeliner below your eyes....and use a liquid eyeliner on top...to give a clear curve shape....you can apply some light eye shadow....to give ur eyes a natural look...in that way...u will luk cute....and natural....without look overdone.....Asian gurls are cute....so don worry :)

Use volumizing mascara- that usually makes the eyes appear larger/rounder. Also, use eyeliner under the bottom lashes. besides that, i don't know what else you can do.
