How should I do my hair, make up, shoes for prom?

It's a elegant vanilla dress. It has silver straps. There are little big circle sparkles coming from the bottom of the dress. It's a slight bubble dress. There is a thick width silver band under the bust line. On me, it's about about an inch above my knee. I got it from dillards. I don't like wearing really high heels.





FYI: I'm pretty short; about 5 feet.How should I do my hair, make up, shoes for prom?
I'm also pretty short and have pretty much no balance so high high heels were not an option. Haha.





You should wear maybe medium heels that are a shiny silver like this:
