Hi,i was wonder what the best hair stile and make up to go with mini red dress without shoulder?

i was thinking a pout deep red lip and smoky eyes.is that would be nice? also i got black pearl nickels and long black earrings to match with the black sandals and black bag,is that ok ?Hi,i was wonder what the best hair stile and make up to go with mini red dress without shoulder?
i think the smoky eyes would work, but i'm not too sure about the red lip. but maybee.? for hair, i'm thinking half up and the rest down and maybe curl the ends a little to make them wavy. i think that would look good. (: i wouldn't wear a black pearl necklace bc i don't like pearls at all but that's just mee. i would try a simple black necklace, with a few charms or w/e on it. the earrings would work though.hahah hope i somewhat helped.
