i`m 14 almost 15 and i wear concealer, lip gloss, mascara, liquid eyeliner, regular eyeliner, foundation and occasionally eye shadow. It depends on if it`s cool with your parents because my mom even helps me sometimes lol. Just don`t look like a drag queen. ;]

It's composition is such that the skin accepts it as a healing oil and it does not clog your skin but rather protects it while the plant extracts inside go down into the pores (this absorption is made possible by applying the toner to the skin before applying the oil and then applying the dabs of oil over your moistened face), it then penetrates into the pores.

When she can spell 'wear' correctly. But I don't think anyone under 15-16 should wear all of that at once. Wearing makeup when you're 12 just makes you look like a little kid trying to appear older. No earlier than 13 should a girl be wearing lip gloss and maybe mascara in small amounts. 13 year olds shouldn't be wearing much else unless it's some kind of special formal occasion, in such event she should be getting as much help as possible so not to look like a clown.
13-15, but that's a whole heck of a lot of makeup for a young face. Mascara and lipgloss at 13. After that, I don't know.
About 14, depending on the girl. But don't overdo it. The slutty look is not attractive on a young girl. Lip gloss and mascara only, at about 12.

okkk wow, im 13 %26amp; all i need is eyeliner %26amp; lipgloss. depends on your eyelashes for mascara, i dont need it cuz my eyelashes are naturally very long...bronzer you really dont need-my aunt got some kinda poisening from wearing too much.
i think 13 or 14 because thats when alot of girls start dating and there apperiance is very impotant
I like ';freshman in high school'; that's a pretty big transition in a girls life.
When she gets to high school but she needs to know how to apply it seriously. The key to wearing makeup it to make it look natural not heavy.

It depends on when you feel comfortable wearing make up. I know i started experimented with mascara in the fifth grade and that was all. I really started wearing make up in the 7th grade or around age 12-13. Whatever suits you best is what you should do. If you are having trouble ask your mom or trusted female adult when she started wearing it and any tips she may have.

so yeah I think girls should be able to wear it like 12-14








you dont want to over do it because if you wear it like that all of the time, and for some reason you have to stop wearing it (if you have an eye infection or something) Then you might look totally ugly!
