she usually does the smokey look- use dark brown or black eye shadow. (use a narrow brush/sponge) and apply along bottom lash line (like eyeliner) then use the same color over entire lid. If you want add a little shimmer (browns) over it. Then take shimmer beige and apply under brows. Take liquid black liner apply close to top lash line coming out towards end (not dramatic cat eyes though) top with lots of black mascara or for a more dramatic look black false lashes
Well, just wear alot. Really its not about her features its hair, body type, and attitude. Plus tons of makeup and car for skin. Any woman can have a beautiful face.
