Use pure sugar as a scrub. GENTLY scrub around the pimple and rinse with lukewarm water. Apply a very small amount of triple antibiotic or even Vaseline/petroleum jelly if you have any. Use just a thin layer that is enough to cover it.

ok it depends on how bad the scab is..if you can, just peel it off,wash your face and put on your foundation and concealer because there's no way to cover up a scab

Apply concealer, then foundation, then pressed powder. That should help camoflouge it.
use a acne scrub first. and then put a little concealor on, and then some foundation. if its rough, definatley use a scrub first.
I would get a face scrub and scrub the dry skin off. Then concelour, foundation, and powder
cover up...lol
