Is it bad to use make-up bought at Albertsons?

I bought 3 really pretty eye shadows like a few months ago. I have a pink, blue, and a light purple. They look really good on me and I really like them, but one of my friends said that it will make me break out. help?Is it bad to use make-up bought at Albertsons?
