How do you put on good make-up?

Last weekend there was a wedding and I thought I was wearing a lot of make up. I was wearing foundation, mascara, eyeshadow, and lipstick but everyone was saying to me that I didn't put any on. I used light colours. I want my make-up to be neutral but also to show. How can I do it good?How do you put on good make-up?
If you don't want lots of heavy colours but the full makeup effect a good way to do this is with false lashes. Go to a salon and have them apply the lashes and then add a bold colour lipstick.





If you choose a red lipstick and you think it's too bright you can always use a pink-silver lipgloss on top to mute out the red.





Try using a lot of liners, for eyes, lips and eyebrows to make your facial features more prominent and remember to wear some rouge so your cheeks glow. Using a bronzer is more natural and adds the sparkle that you need.





Also, you can use a really bright coloured gloss. Like a bright pink lipgloss, or even a nude coloured gloss that will have a high shine.





If you dont want false lashes, just keep putting on more mascara until you have the thick lashes you need to add that extra made up look!How do you put on good make-up?
Minerals are great but buy healthy minerals that don't have bismuth oxychloride because it makes a lot of peoples skin itch. What's wrong with looking like you weren't wearing any makeup? It's the person that is beautiful not the makeup. Makeup should just help you with any problems you have to correct them.
You can make a more ';bold'; line when using your eyeliner. Maybe you should use black, or dark brown to line your eyes. You can also do something like make a little ';tail'; at the end of your eye, so you have that sort of ';cat eye'; look. People will definitely see that you have makeup!

my friend before she wore makeup said i wore alot an all i had on was eyeshadow(not much) eyeliner foundation and mascara. then she started wearing makeup and wears that much but her mom thinks she wears alot but she doesnt
u have the rite idea, but if u want peepls to notice, put a small amount of colored eyeshadow on top of tan. the powder eyeshadow. and do a bolder lipstick
