Can I drink enough milk to make up for the lack of dairy in my diet?

I'm not really a dairy fan.. not much cheese, yogurt, ect. goes into my mouth, but I drink a gallon of milk in two days. Is that enough to get the dairy my diet needs? Can I drink enough milk to make up for the lack of dairy in my diet?
Yes.

If you're watching you're weight, however switch to 1% or Skim Milk. It has less saturated fat.Can I drink enough milk to make up for the lack of dairy in my diet?
According to the dairy farmers' ads, 8 ozs milk per day gives you the rda. I'd say you're getting plenty with a half-gallon a day, but if calcium is a concern, you could always buy otc calcium tabs.
even calcium supplements.
